Return Period

Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product is accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • The product has not been installed or fitted to a vehicle.
  • The product shows no signs of mechanical damage caused by the customer.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products ordered according to individual specifications (customized items).
  • Consumables and products with damaged or opened hygienic packaging.
  • Items showing clear signs of use or installation.
  • Products purchased during final clearance sales.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via [email/contact form] within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Send the product to the specified address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
