Return Period
Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery
Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The product is accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
- The product has not been installed or fitted to a vehicle.
- The product shows no signs of mechanical damage caused by the customer.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products ordered according to individual specifications (customized items).
- Consumables and products with damaged or opened hygienic packaging.
- Items showing clear signs of use or installation.
- Products purchased during final clearance sales.
Return Procedure
- Contact us via [email/contact form] within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Send the product to the specified address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
