Return and Exchange Policy – AutoLux

Return Period

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is included.
  • The product has not been installed, fitted, or used in a vehicle.
  • The product shows no signs of mechanical damage caused by improper use or handling by the customer.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products manufactured or ordered according to individual specifications.
  • Consumables and products with opened or damaged hygienic packaging.
  • Items showing visible signs of use, installation, or wear.
  • Products purchased during final clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via email or the contact form within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Send the product to the address provided by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, AutoLux will cover all return shipping costs and will offer either:

  • a free replacement of the product; or
  • a full refund of the purchase amount.
